My Story

In 2017, my husband and I began the journey of expanding our family. We married on NYE 2016 and we always knew we wanted to be parents, so we were thrilled. We conceived a few months later and sadly, experienced a miscarriage on Thanksgiving day. It left me heartbroken, isolated, angry, frustrated and confused because miscarriage was nowhere on my radar. We decided to see a Reproductive Endocrinologist and were diagnosed with unexplained infertility because everything checked out with all of our testing. This left us even more confused, but we were hopeful. We continued trying and ultimately had three more miscarriages - a total of four in four years: one early-term and three chemical pregnancies.

After the final loss and multiple failed IUI/IVF cycles, our RE advised it was best for us to take a step back and “regroup,” and I knew we were seeking guidance from the wrong sources. We didn’t quite know the solution for our infertility diagnosis, but knew the assisted reproductive route wasn’t it for us. I also knew we needed to reclaim our power by taking greater responsibility for the journey.

I began to explore holistic health and ways to naturally enhance our fertility, but the most important aspect of the experience was learning the various ways to heal my loss wounds from a mind-body-spirit perspective. My experience with multiple miscarriages taught me that my body had infinite wisdom and I decided that I was no longer willing to give my power away by trusting external sources over my own intuition.

It was this sacred pilgrimage of personal loss that brought me to a place of seeking deeper healing and I uncovered one profound truth - everything necessary for my healing already existed within me, waiting to be awakened and embraced. Game-changer. With gratitude and courage, I embarked on a season of introspection to release, heal, and transcend. This transformative time helped me remember the truth of who I’ve always been. Diving deeper into my spiritual practices, revealed the purpose for my journey and I chose to answer the call of becoming a Pregnancy Loss Practitioner. My losses also reminded me that purpose is so often shrouded in the most devastatingly challenging circumstances, and that I’ve been sent to guide and support other Angel Mamas in navigating their experiences with pregnancy loss while also normalizing the conversation around it.

Now, also certified as a Holistic Practitioner, Reiki Master, Meditation and Breathwork Practitioner and Herbalist, I bring forth a tapestry of sacred practices to honor total body healing. This multidimensional approach allows me to provide guidance while holding space… weaving together ancient wisdom and modern techniques to create a nurturing sanctuary for the soul.

My experience in this space honors women's wholeness through sacred practices. A season of deep introspection brought me here and I’m in a relentless pursuit to gently guide other women in remembering who they’ve always been. I’m so sorry you’re here, but I’m deeply humbled by your presence and honored to be of service to you on your path to healing liberation, wholeness and empowerment.
